Where do I even begin about my experience working with Michelle! My family met her at one of her open houses that she was doing. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with such warmth and a wealth of knowledge on her listing. She was professional, aggressive, organized and persistent. Two things everyone should look for in a real estate agent. Little did Michelle know, we were not only looking for a new house, but we were also looking for an agent. We got her info and contacted her later that day to help us buy another property. We ended up putting in an offer on a home later that day with Michelle. Unfortunately soon after, we backed out of that house due to inspection and because of Michelle we got our earnest money back. My husband and I felt defeated until Michelle found us our dream home. She got us in to see it right away and the sellers accepted our offer. My only regret was not finding Michelle sooner. She is now selling our old house, my aunts condo and helped her purchase a new one as well. Michelle will handle all of mine and my families real estate needs in the future.

Michelle was amazing to work with! She new what we were looking for and pointed out properties she new we would like, beyond just the search updates. She negotiated a great price for us, beating out other higher offers. She was very thorough with the whole close process, and was able to recommend 2 great lenders and multiple inspection companies, all were great to work with. The rebate program she offers was unbelievable! With the rebate we were able to cover all but $15.00 of the closing costs, including homeowners insurance. Michelle is definitely a go-getter and will work very hard to find what you are looking for. I hear she is pretty great on the sale side too.

Michelle is THE best agent EVER! We have bought and sold many houses and the experience with her was, by far, the BEST. We flew into CO looking for a rental, but 1/2 way through our 4 day trip decided we wanted to buy. She found our dream home in TWO days! We closed in a record breaking 17 days and the best part.....SHE GIVES YOU HALF HER COMMISSION AT CLOSING!! At first I thought the pitch was too good to be true, but it’s not!
